The name THREE refers to our straightforward and comprehensive 3-page policy form written in plain English.

THREE is designed to provide all the coverage most businesses need in a single comprehensive policy, including Property, Liability, Auto, Workers’ Comp, and much more.

Here are two excerpts that illustrate our coverage philosophy:

We cover your business for theft of and physical damage to property your business owns or leases.

• Unlike typical policies, we don't distinguish coverage by peril (fire, water damage, flood, wind, etc) or by type of property (computers, signs, boilers, etc). It's all covered, subject to our few and clearly stated exclusions (see policy section III. What we do not cover).

We cover your business for amounts it is legally required to pay others as the result of an occurrence. We will provide legal counsel to defend any such claims.

• Unlike typical policies, we don't distinguish between different kinds of liability (e.g. bodily injury, liquor liability, professional liability, hired & non-owned liability, etc). It’s all covered, subject to our few and clearly stated exclusions (see policy section III. What we do not cover).
